GSE is a great company. I contacted them to repair some outlets that did not work and quote two new outdoor outlets. Jordan was at my house within 30 minutes of me reaching out and he addressed all my problems. Jordan truly went above and beyond! He not only fixed my issue and installed my new outlets, but he also explained everything to me along the way. I consider myself pretty handy, so having him explain things to me was very helpful and interesting. I will definitely be contacting GSE for all of my future electrical needs.

We have had Certified Alarm for over 15 years. Recently received a letter, very official looking, from Baton Rouge Police Dept asking that we renew our permit for False AlarmReduction Program, asking for registration information. I called Certified, and Patricia advised that I contact BR Police before completely a form. Sure enough, the police officer said this was NOT a request from them. Thank you, Patricia, for saving us from a scam!

I have been using GSE for almost 4 years for generator maintenance and general electrical services, and I have always been very pleased with the professionalism from the staff and technicians. They offer competitive pricing and outstanding service and I would highly recommend them!

I had a problem after a bad storm. One of my breakers was tripped and wouldn’t reset. I called on Wednesday and had a technician set up for Friday morning of the same week! GSE sent out their technician, Michael Simmons. I can’t say enough good stuff about this guy. He troubleshot the problem and had it fixed in no time. What stood out was his knowledge and understanding of how everything worked together and his troubleshooting skills to start at the panel then work his way to the end of the line where the problem was. He also made sure I understood what, when, and how the problem occurred. Top notch service all the way around, from Anna at the office listening and caring the we got the problem resolved to Michael working the problem and sharing his knowledge. GSE will always be my go to for everything electricity involved!

They sent out an Electrician Michael Simmons, I'm only used to the quality of service at a restaurant but he was the friendliest, quickest, and best quality electrician I've had the pleasure of having ever. The call center folks are nice too and the scheduling was easy. Good company.

I would not hesitate to call again for service. Michael Simmons was the electrician that came out to fix my electrical problem. Michael couldn’t have been nicer, more knowledgeable. Reasonable, prompt, honest…you name it, they nailed it. Thank you so much!!!!!

Pat Babin saved the day! We had five electricians try to fix our issue prior to GSE Integrated. Pat listened intently to the issues and the supporting details. He used that information to diligently troubleshoot and identify a solution. He chose the solution that was going to be challenging Instead of going for the easy and quick solution that would not have fixed everything. Thank you!
